Engineering Intern

Location: Nampa, Idaho

Qualifications:

• Sophomore or higher enrolled in BS degree majoring in Civil Engineering.

• MUST have taken and passed Statics, and can proficiently apply the concepts of Statics to engineering problems.

• Prior structural engineering or construction work experience preferred (but not required).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and current industry software.

Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and/or independently,

• Design repairs for broken wood trusses.

• Prepare engineering calculation reports and redlines, primarily for wood structures, under the direction of one of our licensed engineers.

• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
